Shri Sharadapith was the highest knowledge-providing university in ancient India. In the temple here, Goddess Saraswati herself resided. Sharadapith was known as a highly awakened Mahashakti Peeth. The collection of books, library, learned Pandits, and Acharyas there were famous everywhere. Scholars from all over the world used to come there to acquire the highest knowledge. The script in which the wealth of knowledge in Sharadapith was written was called Sharad Lipi. This region of Kashmir, settled by Sage Kashyap, was then known as Sharadadesh and Sharad Civilization. Maharishi Shandilya had performed intense penance there and pleased Goddess Saraswati. Similarly, it is also known as the Shakti Peeth of the Goddess as the right hand of Goddess Sati fell here during the Tandava of Lord Shiva. The most important identity of Sharadapith is the place where Adi Shankaracharya ascended the highest Sarvajna Peeth here. When Shrimad Shankaracharya, who left from Kaladi in Kerala, entered the Sarvajna Peeth on Sharadapith, the great wise scholars present there tested him severely. At that time, Shankaracharya satisfied everyone with his extraordinary intellectual power and then he sat on the Sarvajna Peeth. For the great work that Shrimad Shankaracharya did for the restoration of Sanatan Hinduism, Mata Saraswati Devi bestowed all his strength on him here. After leaving here, Shankaracharya established four monasteries in the four directions. This is a very awakened place and is full of divine energy. It is also believed that drops of nectar released from the churning of the ocean fell here. The importance of Shardapith, located in the Harmukh mountain range in the vicinity of the Madhumati and Kishanganga rivers, is described in the book Sharda Mahatmya.

This very sacred and sacred place of Hindu culture is located in Neelam district, 150 km from Muzaffarabad, in the Pakistan-occupied Kashmir area currently occupied by Pakistan. Currently, the original Sharada Peeth is in ruins and it is impossible to go there. Every year, on the eighth day of Bhadrapada, the Sharada Peeth Yatra used to start in ancient times. This very difficult journey of about 81 km is considered very sacred like the Kailash Mansarovar Yatra. Actually, India has the right to Sharada Peeth. Pakistan has illegally occupied this land. Therefore, the Indian government is trying to ensure that Pakistan-occupied Kashmir is included in India. The Sharada Yatra temple was inaugurated by Hon. Shri. Amit Shah in 2023, where the original Sharada Peeth Yatra used to start. There was a Gurudwara at that place earlier. There is also a Gurudwara in the new temple. The idol of Goddess Saraswati Mata has been enshrined.

The World Temple Council has organized the Shri Shardapith Yatra at this place. This place is located on the LOC i.e. Line of Control. On one side of the Kishanganga river is India and on the other side is Pakistan occupied Kashmir. This place is located in a very beautiful and remote part of the Himalayan mountain range. This entire region is under the control of the military forces and this place can be visited only after obtaining their permit. All the Muslim brothers are living in this small village. They have cooperated for this Yatra. The entire Yatra is safe and gives a unique and inspiring experience. It is believed that this Yatra will give a unique joy to the devotees and pilgrims who are fond of adventurous religious and spiritual experiences.

दिवस पहिला - दुपारी ३ pm नंतर श्रीनगर येथे आगमन - हॉटेल निवास
दिवस दुसरा - सकाळी ७ वाजता शारदापीठ मंदिराकडे प्रस्थान - रस्त्यामध्ये नाश्ता आणि भोजन दुपारी ४ pm पर्यंत पोहोचणे - मुक्काम
दिवस तिसरा - किशनगंगा स्नान, होम हवन, देवी पाठ पूजा, अभिषेक - मुक्काम
दिवस चौथा - सकाळी ७ वाजता श्रीनगरकडे प्रस्थान - वाटेमध्ये बंगश व्हॅली आणि माता क्षीरभवानी मंदिर दर्शन - वाटेत नाश्ता - भोजन, ७ pm पर्यंत श्रीनगर पोहोचणे - हॉटेल भोजन निवास
दिवस पाचवा - श्रीनगर लोकल टूर - शंकराचार्य मंदिर, ज्येष्ठादेवी मंदिर, दुपारनंतर शॉपिंग साठी मोकळा वेळ - हॉटेल भोजन निवास
दिवस सहावा - सकाळी १० am चेक आऊट

यात्रेसाठी सूचना , नियम व अटी:

ही यात्रा श्रीनगर ते श्रीनगर अशी आहे. पहिल्या दिवशी आपल्या खर्चाने दुपारी 3 नंतर कधीही श्रीनगर शहरामध्ये हॉटेल पत्त्यावर पोहोचायचे आहे. शेवटच्या सहाव्या दिवशी सकाळी १० वाजेपर्यंत हॉटेल सोडायचे आहे. याप्रकारे आपले येण्या - जाण्याचे नियोजन करावे. ८ ऑगस्ट पर्यंत हॉटेलचे नाव, पत्ता आणि लोकेशन तसेच यात्रा स्वयंसेवकांचे क्रमांक पाठवले जातील.
श्रीनगर येथे थेट विमानसेवा उपलब्ध आहे. ( मुंबई - पुणे - नागपूर ते श्रीनगर ) जाता येता सुमारे २० ते २५ हजार रुपये विमान तिकीट आहे. रेल्वेने जम्मूपर्यंत जाता येते. तेथून खाजगी वाहनाने श्रीनगर येथे पोहोचता येते.
निवासस्थानी सर्वत्र शुद्ध शाकाहारी भोजनाची व्यवस्था आहे. मात्र प्रवासामध्ये पूर्णतः शाकाहारी हॉटेल उपलब्ध नाहीत. त्या त्या ठिकाणी उपलब्ध सेवेचा लाभ घ्यावा लागेल.
मुख्य यात्रा ठिकाणी सर्व मुस्लिम बांधवांची वस्ती आहे. तिथे होम स्टे व्यवस्था आहे. एका खोलीमध्ये ६ ते ८ जण अशी व्यवस्था आहे. महिला व पुरुषांची स्वतंत्र व्यवस्था करण्यात आली आहे. स्वतंत्र आचारीद्वारा भोजन व्यवस्था केली आहे. या ठिकाणी सर्व प्रकारचे सहकार्य करावे लागेल.
यात्रेचा सर्व कार्यक्रम नियोजित आहे. परिस्थितीप्रमाणे वेळापत्रक मागे पुढे होवू शकते. त्याचप्रमाणे गरज असल्यास कार्यक्रमामध्ये बदल होवू शकतो याची कृपया नोंद घ्यावी.
ही एक धार्मिक अध्यात्मिक यात्रा आहे. यामध्ये थोडीफार गैरसोय व्हायची शक्यता आहे. याची कृपया नोंद घ्यावी.
एकदा केलेली नोंदणी कोणत्याही परिस्थितीमध्ये रद्द करता येणार नाही. तसेच भरलेली रक्कम परत मिळणार नाही. याची कृपया नोंद घ्यावी.
सर्व प्रकारच्या तक्रारी, न्यायालयीन दावे याची सीमा पुणे शहर न्यायालयीन सीमा ही राहील.

श्रीनगर ते श्रीनगर नोंदणी करताना ऍडव्हान्स रु. १५०००/- बाकी रु. १२०००/- यात्रेच्या पहिल्या दिवशी रोखीने हॉटेलमध्ये द्यावी. सर्व रक्कम नोंदणी करतानाही भरता येईल. बँक खात्यावर किंवा गुगल पे क्रमांकावर ऍडव्हान्स रक्कम पाठवता येईल.

यात्रेसाठी नोंदणी कशी करावी ?

यात्रेसाठी प्रथम नोंदणी प्रथम प्रवेश या तत्वावर नोंदणी केली जाईल. ऍडव्हान्स मिळाल्यावर नोंदणी नक्की केली जाईल.
नोंदणी ऑनलाईन करता येईल.
सकाळी ११ ते सायंकाळी ७ या दरम्यान पुणे येथील कार्यालयात येवून नोंदणी फॉर्म भरून नोंदणी करता येईल. कार्यालयामध्ये रक्कम रोखीने किंवा चेकने स्वीकारली जाईल.
नोंदणी करताना आपले नाव व पत्ता आधार कार्ड प्रमाणे पडताळून पहावा. त्याच नावाने परमीट निघते. परमीट निघाल्यावर बदलता येत नाही.

यात्रेकरूंसाठी सूचना :

यात्रेसाठी आवश्यक तेवढे पण कमीत कमी सामान घेवून यावे.
यात्रे दरम्यान फारसे चालावे लागत नाही. मुख्य मंदिर परिसरात सुमारे एक ते दोन किमी चालावे लागते.
यात्रेच्या मुख्य ठिकाणी निवास मुस्लीम वस्तीमध्ये होणार आहे. त्या ठिकाणी परिस्थितीचे भान ठेवून शांततेने आणि समंजसपणे व्यवहार करणे अपेक्षित आहे. अनावश्यक उत्साह Excitement टाळणे गरजेचे आहे.
यात्रेचा शेवटचा दिवस श्रीनगर येथे लोकल टूर आणि साईट सीइंग साठी ठेवलेला आहे. त्या दिवशी दुपारनंतर दाल लेक, शिकारा सफर व शॉपिंगसाठी वेळ राखून ठेवला आहे.
यात्रे दरम्यान यात्रा व्यवस्थापक आणि त्याचे सहकारी स्वयंसेवक यांना सहकार्य करणे आवश्यक आहे.
ही यात्रा म्हणजे पिकनिक किंवा मज्जा ट्रीप नाही याची नोंद घ्यावी. यात्रेतून एक विलक्षण उत्कट अनुभव आपल्याला मिळेल असा विश्वास वाटतो.
